Since opening Studio127 Salon & DaySpa in 2004 with her sister Julie, leading a Team of Salon Professionals is a joy and challenge Terre Loves. Providing exceptional experiences for her own Guests continues to be the highest priority. Terre began pursuing excellence behind the chair. Quickly becoming an “addict of education” she traveled cross country from New York to California in pursuit of the “why behind the rule”. It isnt a surprise that this deep need to better her skill set began to pour out with her Associates, Team mates and Guests.
Becoming an Educator has been an essential part of Terre’s journey. From breaking down complex principles to bite sized easily understood pieces, the attendees at Terre’s programs get the “why” with a smile. Easily relatable, Terre uses anecdotes, analogies and object lessons to bring the content of her classes to life. Each person, regardless of skill level or knowledge base will grow from one one Terre’s programs. From Essential level learners to Train the Trainer programs, Terre applies the same discipline, determination, and intention into teaching.
